• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to sign in, contribute SOL or receive rewards.
• You are responsible for your account and wallet. Keep your sign-in and recovery phrase private.
• Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, run several accounts to gain rewards, abuse referrals, or harass others. Runs that fail verification are rejected. We may exclude runs, remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, with a recorded reason.
• Usernames and pictures must be appropriate. Do not use others' names, brands or images without permission.

Rewards and contributions

• Rewards are discretionary, paid only as the competition rules and treasury policy say, and may be refused where the law forbids them or cheating is found.
• Contributions are voluntary and final. They are not investments and give no rights. No token price or return is promised.
• Market purchases are cosmetic, final and not refundable. SOL paid for a skin goes to the treasury and follows the treasury split. Items are not tradable in the game and have no cash value. Optional NFT copies are collectibles only, minted and paid for by the player, and carry no gameplay benefit, rights or promise of value.
• Not available where participation would be unlawful. You must follow your local laws.

The service

• Provided as is, without warranties. It may change, pause or stop.
• To the extent the law allows, the project is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, wallet losses or network failures.
• We may update these terms and will announce material changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
