FAQ

Is it free to play?

Yes. Playing, ranking and entering competitions never requires paying anything.

What is the market?

The market sells cosmetics: avatar portraits, avatar frames, name styles, leaderboard banners, skins for your paddle and ball, paddle trails, brick-break effects and play-field backgrounds. There are thousands of designs in five rarity tiers. Common and uncommon designs are always available and can be bought with tickets or SOL. Rare, epic and legendary designs are limited editions with a fixed number of numbered copies (500, 100 and 10), sold in SOL only, and a sold-out design is gone from the shop. A limited edition is a collectible cosmetic; it carries no rights and no promise of value or resale. Tickets come from verified ranked runs. Cosmetics never change your score, your ranking, the Vault or matchmaking, so they cannot help you win. A SOL price is set in US dollars and converted to SOL when you start checkout, and that quote is held for 15 minutes. SOL payments go to the project treasury and follow the same split as contributions. Purchases are final and not refundable. Items are not tokens, cannot be traded inside the game and have no cash value. When minting is switched on, you can also mint an item as an NFT to your own wallet, one per item. You pay the mint cost yourself and the NFT is a collectible only: it gives nothing extra in the game, carries no rights and comes with no promise of value or of a resale market.

Do contributions help me win?

No. Contributing SOL gives no points, no rank, no extra rewards and no referral credit. It is voluntary support for the project. See the treasury policy.

How are scores kept honest?

Your browser records your inputs. The server replays them with the same game code from the seed it issued. The score that counts is the replayed one, and a score that cannot be reproduced is refused.

When are prizes paid?

After a competition ends there is a 2-day review window, then results are published and payouts are made within 14 days. Payouts are sent from the treasury wallet to the winner's linked Solana wallet and the transaction link is shown on the results.

What if I can't see my prize?

Your profile lists the prizes you have won, with the payout status and the transaction link once paid. If it is more than 14 days after publication, contact us.

Why does my Vault not work in ranked play?

The server cannot yet verify Vault upgrades, so ranked runs use base stats and everyone plays the same game.

Which wallet do I need?

A Solana wallet. Sign-in creates one for you or links yours. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone, including us. We will never ask for it.

How do referrals work?

See the referral rules. In short: an invite counts only after your friend has really played, and clicks or contributions never pay.

Why did my run end when I stopped playing?

Runs end after 25 seconds without input (with a warning at 15 seconds) so that idle runs cannot sit on the server. The score is reduced by 10% in that case. Pauses are limited to 60 seconds each and 3 minutes in total.

Do duels cost anything or pay prizes?

No. Duels are free, have no stakes and no prizes. Each duel run also counts as a ranked run.

How does chat work?

Chat needs a username and one verified ranked run. Links are blocked and messages are up to 200 characters. Messages fade out of the chat after about two minutes. The last 100 are kept in server memory only and are cleared when the server restarts. Moderators can remove messages and mute players, and every such action is logged. Use Report on any message. Nobody in chat can ask for your wallet, and staff will never ask for your keys.

Can I change my username?

Once every 7 days, if the name is free.

Who can I report a problem to?

Use the report option on avatars and chat, or contact us (see the privacy page).
